Before You Order

How Long Does Shipping Take?

All orders are shipped out every Monday and/or Tuesday. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 pm CST are not guaranteed to ship out the following week. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method, however, orders usually arrive within 24–48 hours.

Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are not under our direct control. Once your package leaves our facility, any shipping delays, rerouting, or carrier issues are the responsibility of the delivery service.

Our Guarantee

If your pies arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund your order.

This guarantee does not cover carrier delays after shipment, incorrect shipping information, or packages left unattended after delivery.
